LEADERSHIP

The Lead Pastor

Pastor Mesack Dieudonne came to us literally by way of miracle from his nonprofit Christian Organization (LTSG Ministry), of which he is the co-founder and President to this day. The Lord has made it possible to have him as our pastor.

Under his ministry of devoted, passionate, and solid teaching of God’s Word, evangelism, and discipleship, the church has been strengthened and restored, and has grown tremendously. Mesack attributes his success in ministry to God’s unfailing grace, a humble team of leaders, and the prayer ministry of his wife Sonia—who is a woman of prayer—alongside many other prayer warriors. Mesack and Sonia grew up together in their home church—Evangelical Church of Jesus Christ—in Gonaives where they got married in 1997. They have endured much in their marital life, and somehow with God’s grace, they have overcome them to become the closest they have ever been. In 2009, 12 years after their marriage, God blessed them with a child, Jeremiah.

Mesack is also an evangelist, speaker, co-founder and President of LTSG Ministry, Board Member of Galatians 6:2 in Manatee County, author of ICHABOD, A Pearl Will Rise from the Ashes, and When the Church Becomes a Donkey or an Elephant (to be released soon). He is also a consultant in Sunday School and small groups, develops curriculum for leadership trainings and Sunday School materials which Sonia helps manage.

Mesack holds a master’s degree in Christian Apologetics with a passion to defend the Christian Faith in these post-modern times, a bachelor in Education Sciences with a focus on Social Sciences and Philosophy, a B.S. in Law, an Associate Degree in Journalism, certified in the U.S. Immigration Law.

Mesack enjoys reading, writing, music, and spending time with his family.

THE ELDERS

We are a church that believes in the biblical model of church with Elders who are spiritual gatekeepers. Together, they form the council of Elders of which the Pastor is the first. They see themselves as bond slaves of the Lord with a great responsibility to spiritually care for the flock entrusted to them. Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, the lead Pastor leads the Elders in taking care for the spiritual aspect of the church.

THE DEACONS

Biblically, deacons are established to respond to the physical need of the church according to Acts 6:3. However, the church has known some deacons who were teachers such as Philip, according to Acts 8:34.

THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD

This Board takes care of the administrative aspect of the church. They make sure that every administrative goal is met from caring for the lawn, the buildings, office, correspondence, and anything in-between. We do this administrative work with joy, knowing that is our expression of love and appreciation to our Lord Jesus Christ who saved us.
